Tai Ping Street is a place where both the underworld and the law cannot resort to violence. Yip Koi Tin (played by Tak Bun Wong), suffers the pain of losing his only son, Ting Ching (played by Keung To@ Mirror), and establishes a peace rule for Tai Ping Street. Gradually, some desperate outlaws come to seek refuge with him, promising to lay down their weapons and grudges to collectively protect Tai Ping Street.
